Placement Process & Policy
- The JBS Institute of Pharmacy Placement Cell plays an active role in connecting students with corporate organizations. [Head Of Placement Cell] supervises the Cell, which operates throughout the year to arrange campus interviews with various industries.
- The Placement Cell serves as a liaison between the college and both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical industries that are interested in selecting students from the Bombay College of Pharmacy. The Cell streamlines the entire process by collecting resumes, telephone numbers, and email addresses from the students and forwarding them to the HR department of interested companies. It also organizes Pre-placement talks (PPT) by companies to provide information about the company profile, job description, and the package. Finally, the Placement Cell assists industries in conducting the induction process on the campus.

- Students are advised to apply to a corporate only after careful consideration. Strict action will be taken against students who negatively impact the college's reputation by their actions or inactions while interacting with the corporate, especially during the recruitment process.
- All companies will conduct a pre-placement talk. The Placement Cell is not responsible for the job profile offered by the corporate. It is the student's responsibility to clarify the same with the corporate.
- Students are advised to attend the pre-placement talk (PPT) for information about the company profile, job description, and the package.
- The Placement Cell of the college will categorize the companies that come for recruitment into two categories - A and B. The category of a particular company will be informed to the students ahead of the company's arrival on the campus via email.
